Placing Orders:
There are two (2) ways you can place an order for Sunoco Race Fuels merchandise - order online here at RaceGasStore.com or via phone toll free at 1-(253)-722-5060.
Internet Orders: How to place an online order
1) Click on the category of product(s) you are interested in.
2) When you find an item that you are interested in, click on the item image and you will be taken to the product page. There you will be able to view sizing and color options (if any), as well as click to view any highlighted features.
3) Once you decide to purchase an item, click on the drop down menu to chose the proper size and color (if any) you wish.
4) When you have completed your shopping, you may view all the items in your shopping cart. At this time, you may edit any items you do not wish to purchase or add additional quantities.
5) When you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click to submit your order. You will be forwarded to the order information page.
6) At the order information page, you will be asked to provide your name, address, and other information necessary to process your order. You will be asked to provide an alternative shipping address; should you wish to have your items sent to another location.
7) You will then be asked to submit the appropriate credit card information to complete the transaction. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
8) Once your credit card information has been received and verified, you will be provided an immediate confirmation and online order number for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation via email. Please retain these confirmations for your personal records.
Internet orders are for credit card purchases only.
Phone orders: How to place an order by phone
You may contact our Customer Service Department at 1-(253)-722-5060 to place an order over the phone weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
To speed the ordering process, please know in advance which items you wish to purchase and have your credit card handy.
Product Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunoco and Turbo Blue products, and you can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase.
When making a return, insure the item for its purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges. If the return is due to a defective item or a packing error, Tre'Magna will refund any shipping charges you may have incurred. This does not apply to returns for sizing or style changes.
Tre'Magna will accept products for return or exchange under the following conditions:
1) All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Tre'Magna before shipping any product to our offices.
2) To receive a return authorization number, please contact our Customer Service Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
3) If possible, products should be returned in their original box. If not available, a strong box is suggested to prevent product damage - or further product damage.
4) Not the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.
5) NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS of receipt of your order without prior approval or authorization from Tre'Magna.
Shipping Charges: Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground is available.
Total Purchase Amount: $0 to $20 - $6 shipping; $21 to $40 - $7 Shipping; $41 - $60 - $8 Shipping; $61 - $80 - $9 Shipping; $81 - $100 - $10 Shipping; Over $100 - to be quoted.
Hawaii and Alaska: Double all appropriate shipping charges.
Typically, your products will ship within one (1) business day of placing your order for items in stock. UPS Ground delivery can take three (3) to five (5) business days.
Express shipping: To expedite your order, you may request the following services for an additional fee.

Taxes: By law, we are required to collect taxes on certain items purchases as well as shipping charges in the states listed below. (Additional states may be added without prior notice.)
